Select the payment type you want to use. The available types depend on the payment configurations currently enabled.
Pick one of the providers that supports your selected payment type, review the order total, and start payment.
Complete the provider checkout. We update your order and points after the payment callback is confirmed.
You are sent to the selected provider's checkout page. Check the amount and merchant order before authorizing payment.
The provider may request bank verification or another security step. Keep the window open until a result is displayed.
The callback updates the payment record and order status. Duplicate success callbacks are handled safely and do not award points twice.
Simulated orders complete automatically. Real orders may enter manual review before delivery to the player information supplied.
The provider may still be processing the transaction, or its confirmation may be delayed. Wait a few minutes and check My orders. Avoid creating duplicate payments while the first transaction is pending.
Common causes include insufficient funds, provider maintenance, an expired session, a bank security check or a payment method that is unavailable in your region. Try an enabled alternative or ask the provider for the decline reason.
Your order can still update when the provider sends a successful callback. Sign in and check the order status after a few minutes. If it remains pending, contact support with the order number and provider transaction reference.
A payment attempt is tied to its selected provider. If no payment was completed, return to the game page and begin a new checkout with another enabled payment type and channel.
Payment credentials are entered on the provider's secure page. GameTopUp stores the order amount, currency, provider and transaction reference needed for reconciliation, but not your complete card number or payment password.
